Game preview: Game plan,The Titans love to make their opponents tackle Derrick Henry no matter how little they gain from it. Henry is averaging under four yards a carry on fifty six attempts .The Vikings unfortunately are among the worst in run defense, and don’t seem to be getting any better.

The Vikings main focus has to be limiting Henry on early downs. Consistent run blocking to allow Dalvin Cook to control the game should be the offensive focus. Cook is averaging over four yards a carry but has been limited to under fifteen touches a game, but Tennessee has the 24th ranked run defense. Also force Ryan Tannehill to beat them. AJ Brown has officially been ruled out of this game, which will make it harder on the Titans to throw the ball. The newly Acquired Jadaveon Clowney will look to wreck the Vikings plans from both the interior and along the edges.

Game Preveiw: X-Factors

Cornerback Holton Hill

The Vikings are down both Hughes and Gladney leaving Hill as CB1. He will need to play exponentially better than he has the last few games to help this defense deliver a win . Corey Davis is far from an elite receiver and poses less of a threat than rising star AJ Brown.

Left and Right Guards

It seems whoever the Vikings put in these positions disappoint. Last week RG Dru Samia, and LG Dakota Dozier both put up lackluster performances. Ezra Cleveland the second round rookie could soon be called upon to start . Whomever it may be will need to play much better than there counterparts.

Quarterback Kirk Cousins

Last week featured one of the worst games in Cousins career, and he simply has to play better. He has done a better job avoiding pressure, but has not been accurate on a multitude of throws. The Vikings are in no position to bench him if his bad play continues, so Kubiak will have to find another way to light a fire under his QB.

Game preview: Fantasy

Running Back Dalvin Cook

Dalvin Cook has three touchdowns in two games despite the lack of yardage. Going up against the 24th ranked run defense should lead to a solid outing for the explosive running back.

Wide receiver Adam Thielen

A disappointing outing last week mainly because of his QB, Thielen gets a favorable matchup this week. Rookie Kristian Fulton and Maclom Butler will likely be the primary cover men on Thielen. Neither has a realistic chance of limiting him, if Kirk Cousin can deliver.

Wide Receiver Justin Jefferson

Gary Kubiak mentioned manufacturing touches for the rookie Wide receiver who has struggled to get open. With Bisi Johnson also struggling, Jefferson will likely get more targets to finally show what he can do. A lackluster Titans secondary would be the perfect team to produce a break out game against.

Bisi Johnson

Bisi will see his snap count lower amid his struggles to separate. The Vikings will look to get Jefferson more involved limiting or eliminating any fantasy production for the young wide receiver.

Game preview: Final prediction

It has  been almost a decade since the last time the Vikings started 0-3. AJ Brown`s absence provides a great opportunity for the Vikings defense to bounce back. Minnesota has something to prove this game, and they’re gonna prove it in a big way
