Check out our 6/4 bet for Thursday night Football. The Cardinals take on the Seahawks but can the Seahawks get back on track?

Its week 11 and we are getting to the business part of the season. The Seattle Seahawks are hosting the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday night football and both are playoff bound. The Seahawks are sitting at 6-3 but have suffered all three losses in the last four weeks. The Cardinals, on the other hand, have won four of their last five games. Both teams are in strong positions for a playoff run but the Cardinals are looking better right now. So can the Seahawks get back on track?

Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals are currently looking like a good team who have been on a good run. After four weeks they were standing at 2-2 but now they are 6-3. During that run they have managed to beat some good teams like the Seahawks and the Buffalo Bills. The main weapon for the Cardinals is their star QB Kyler Murray who is having a great season. He has thrown 17 touchdowns but also rushed for ten touchdowns for himself. He has also thrown eight interceptions, which need to come down, but he is looking great in only his second year.

Another plus point is that the Cardinals have worked out how to have a good run game this year. Although Kenyan Drake and Chase Edmonds have not been scoring loads of touchdowns, they have made a difference. With Murray as your QB you have to have a good run game, in order to create confusion. Also, the Cardinals have one of the best wide receivers in the game with Deandre Hopkins. Hopkins may have only scored four touchdowns, but he has also 861 yards, which is the second highest in the league. Defensively the Cardinals are not the greatest, but they are getting better, which is a positive.

Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks are also sitting at 6-3 but there is a very different feel around Seattle at the moment. The Seahawks were 5-0 and flying but have struggled in the last four weeks. All three games they have lost were on the road to playoff caliber teams. However, to lose all three, Cardinals, Bills and Rams, was unexpected.  Fortunately the Seahawks have one of the best QB’s in the game with Russell Wilson. Wilson has thrown 28 touchdowns this season, the most in the league but has also thrown ten interceptions.

Not only do they have Russell Wilson, they also have two of the best wide receivers in Tyler Lockett and D.K Metcalf. Both are great redzone targets and can produce big plays, which is great boost for the Seahawks offence. One downside for the Seahawks is the running game, which needs to improve this year. Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde have looked good but they have had injury problems and the rest of the running back room are not good enough. Another big problem is the defense. This is putting maximum pressure on Russell Wilson and the offence and is causing a major problem.

The Game

This is a really exciting matchup for Thursday night football and has the potential to become a shootout. Both teams have exciting offences and hopefully will create a great contest. Seattle are on a downturn at the moment and it is going to be hard for them to bounce back. Arizona just beat the Buffalo Bills after a last second ‘hail mary’ and they are going to be on a huge buzz after that win. Also, the Cardinals defense is getting better and the Seahawks defense has been bad from the beginning of the season.

With that in mind the bet to go for is Arizona Cardinals to win the game at 6/4.
