Free Agency is here! The NFL is set to begin the new league year on time on Wednesday and news is already ramping up. Check out below for all the signings and franchise tags that have happened so far this week from Monday on.

Dante Fowler Jr. to the Falcons

The Falcons, who cut ties with Vic Beasley earlier in the offseason have found his replacement. Fowler is just 25 and has been around since 2015 and gets a nice payday after 11.5 sacks in 2019.

Chargers beef up defensive line

Linval Joseph, who was a key piece of the Minnesota Vikings defense since 2014 is taking his talents to Los Angeles and signing with the Chargers.

Bills adding some depth to the backfield

After featuring Devin Singletary and Frank Gore in 2019, the Bills will be adding running back Taiwan Jones who was with the Houston Texans in 2019 and had just nine carries for 40 rushing yards.

Rams signing former top-10 pick Leonard Floyd

Floyd, who was with the Chicago Bears from 2016 until 2019 and then released by team on Monday is taking his talents to Los Angeles and joining the Rams. He’s signed a one-year, prove it deal.


Jets bringing back Brian Poole

The veteran cornerback, after signing a one-year deal with the New York Jets last offseason is doing the same again just 12 months later.


Bears add a quarterback to compete with Mitchell Trubisky

The Bears, after revamping their offensive staff earlier this offseason, are trading for quarterback Nick Foles. Foles has experience working with quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo, offensive coordinator Bill Lazor, and head coach Matt Nagy. For compensation, the Jaguars will receive a fourth-round pick.


Malcolm Jenkins back to the Saints

The Saints, who drafted Malcolm Jenkins nearly a decade ago are bringing back the veteran safety.

TRADE ALERT: Lions to acquire Duron Harmon from the Patriots

The Lions continue to acquire ex-Patriots players. Earlier today, they signed defensive tackle Danny Shelton. Now, they’ve traded for defensive back Duron Harmon who was with head coach Matt Patricia in Detroit.

TRADE ALERT: Broncos acquire DT Jurrell Casey from the Tennessee Titans for a seventh-round pick

In an effort to shed some salary, the Titans have shipped DT Jurrell Casey to the Denver Broncos. This likely means that the money Tennessee saves will go towards an extension for running back Derrick Henry.


Danny Shelton joining the Detroit Lions

Lions head coach Matt Patricia continues to bring in ex-Patriots players. This time, it’s defensive tackle Danny Shelton, who was a first-round pick of the Cleveland Browns in 2015.


Seahawks begin to revamp offensive line

One of the biggest issues over the last few years in Seattle has been an offensive line that’s been unable to protect quarterback Russell Wilson. The Seahawks made an effort to start changing that with the signing of B.J. Finney.

Gerald McCoy has a new home

After spending 2019 with the Carolina Panthers, Gerald McCoy will be taking his talents to Dallas and signing a deal with the Cowboys to beef up the defensive line.


Broncos signing Jeff Driskel

In an effort to find a backup quarterback for franchise quarterback Drew Lock, the Broncos are signing veteran Jeff Driskel who spent last season with the Detroit Lions.

Patriots make under-the-radar signing

As the post-Tom Brady era begins in New England, the Patriots have signed Damiere Byrd, who had 32 receptions for the Arizona Cardinals in 2019.

Bills continue to be active in free agency

The Bills, who although haven’t made any major signings, continue to be active. They’ve added defensive end Quinton Jefferson to a two-year deal. Jefferson had 3.5 sacks in 2019 for the Seattle Seahawks. The Bills have also added former first-round defensive tackle Vernon Butler, who spent time with head coach Sean McDermott in Carolina.


Kiko Alonso staying in New Orleans

Alonso, who had four starts for the Saints in 2019, is back with the team.

The fullback is heading to Pittsburgh, where he’ll join his brother T.J. who’s an outside linebacker for the Steelers.

Jeff Heath heading to Las Vegas 

The Raiders are signing another former Cowboys player, this time agreeing to a deal with safety Jeff Heath, who was a key piece on the Cowboys defense for many years.

Trae Waynes goes from NFC North to AFC North

The former Minnesota Vikings first-round pick is heading to Cincinnati where he’ll get nearly $10M a year.


Thomas Davis and Ron Rivera reuniting in Washington

The veteran linebacker has agreed to reunite with his former coach in Washington after spending last season with the Los Angeles Chargers. Davis and Rivera were together from 2011 until 2018 in Carolina.

Bills continue to keep strong defense intact

The Bills are signing defensive back Jordan Poyer to a two-year contract extension. He’s started 47 games in three seasons for Buffalo and will now be with the team through the 2022 season.

Giants signing another ex-Packers player

Just a day after agreeing to terms with inside linebacker Blake Martinez who was also with the Green Bay Packers in 2019, the Giants have come to terms with Kyler Fackrell who’s got 16.5 career sacks in four seasons with Green Bay.

Cowboys bring back depth piece on defense

Darian Thompson, whom the Cowboys drafted in 2016 is back with the Cowboys. Thompson had four starts in 2019.

Pittsburgh is bringing back long snapper Kam Canaday on a two-year deal


Ravens bring back late in-season addition

The Ravens continue to add to the defensive line, this time signing defensive tackle Justin Ellis, who’s heading into his seventh season. He spent time the Las Vegas Raiders from 2014 until 2018 before signing with Baltimore in 2019.


Jaguars add to the secondary by signing Darqueze Dennard

After trading Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouye just five months apart, the Jaguars are signing veteran Darqueze Dennard as they continue to stockpile assets for 2021.


Bengals find Geno Atkins a partner in crime

The Bengals biggest acquisition of the offseason will be drafting quarterback Joe Burrow in a few weeks but on Tuesday afternoon, they signed defensive tackle D.J. Reader, who’s going to wreak havoc alongside Atkins.

Texans signing Randall Cobb

After trading away DeAndre Hopkins on Monday afternoon, the Texans are signing former Packers and Cowboys wide receiver Randall Cobb who’s coming off a season that saw him average 15.1 yards per reception


Kendall Fuller back in Washington

Defensive back Kendall Fuller is heading back to the Washington Redskins who are trying to replace the recently cut Josh Norman


The Bills, who already have one of the most complete front sevens in the NFL, just got even better by adding Mario Addison

Addison was with the Carolina Panthers from 2012 until 2019 where he played under now-Bill head coach Sean McDermott. He’s coming off a 2019 season that saw him notch 9.5 sacks. He’ll be a key piece on the Bills defensive line.

The Dallas Cowboys are bringing back wide receiver Amari Cooper whom they traded a first-round pick for halfway through the 2018 NFL season.
