We have an exciting game for Thursday night as we see two potential playoff teams do battle and a 15/8 touchdown scorer looks a good TNF bet!

We are past the middle of the season now as we enter week ten and there is an exciting TNF match up ahead. The Tennessee Titans are hosting the Indianapolis Colts in a potential future playoff contest. The Titans are sitting at (6-2) after beating the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The Colts suffered a defeat against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday leaving them at (5-3). Thankfully we have got a 15/8 touchdown scorer looks good for your TNF bet!

Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans have not looked as good as they did last year but are still winning games. They sit at (6-2) but are (1-2) over the last three weeks, though they were not convincing against the Bears. Losing to the Cincinnati Bengals and then only beating the Bears by seven points should not be playoff standards. Having said that, all the Titans need to do is keep on winning to get to where they need to be. Ryan Tannehill has looked decent throwing 19 touchdowns to three interceptions. When the Titans get going, they can be big scorers and Tannehill is a big reason for that.

Their biggest reason for success is Derick Henry who has rushed for 843 yards and eight touchdowns.  He looks just as good as last year when the Titans rode him to an AFC Championship appearance. If he keeps that going, the Titans could continue winning games. Another big weapon for the Titans is A.J Brown who has 457 yards receiving with six touchdowns. Tight end Jonnu Smith has turned into a viable target since he replaced Delanie Walker. Smith is currently ranked as the third best tight end in the league and has scored six touchdowns. Defensively, the Titans have played well where they rank 12th in points allowed and have the 9th highest defense grade of 67.4 according to PFF.

Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts have had an up and down season where you never know if they are going to play well each week. They are currently (5-3) but it feels like their wins are against bad teams. They have lost to the Browns and Ravens in recent weeks but beaten teams like the Bengals, Jets and Lions. Philip Rivers is the quarterback that the Colts thought would take them to contenders. However, Rivers has not played up to standards having thrown ten touchdowns to seven interceptions.

Also, injuries have been a problem for the Colts as they have lost T.Y Hilton, Michael Pittman and Marlon Mack at different parts of the season. One positive has been rookie running back Jonathon Taylor, who has rushed for 416 yards and four touchdowns. Tight ends Mo Alie-Cox and Trey Burton have contributed, which only seems right considering the success Rivers has had with Hunter Henry and future Hall of Famer, Antonio Gates. Defensively, the Colts are ranked third in points allowed and hold the fifth highest defensive grade of 69.8 according to PFF.

The Game

The biggest battle in this game will be how the Indianapolis Colts defense can stop Derick Henry. The Titans game plan their offense through Henry but the Colts have got a really good defense, especially against the run. If the Titans offensive line can get Henry going, it will open up the passing game for Ryan Tannehill to AJ Brown, Corey Davis amd Jonnu Smith. However, if the Colts defense steps up, the Titans defense will have to find a way to win the game. While the Titans rank ninth in points against, the Texans were able to score 36 points and Bengals put up 31. Philip Rivers gunslinger mentality can be dangerous, but he will force the ball into windows giving opportunities for turnovers.

The Colts will focus on the Titans main offensive weapons in Derick Henry and A.J Brown. This could open up windows for Jonnu Smith to play a significant role. With that in mind, this looks like a great option at 15/8 to score a touchdown anytime during the game.

The Bet : Jonnu Smith to score a touchdown anytime in the game at 15/8
